This week’s Inside Baseball Show originates from Crogan’s Montclair.

Show begins at 6 PM on 1550 AM Pacific here in the Bay Area. My guests include Cubs Assistant GM Gary Hughes, Contra Costa Times national baseball writer Rick Hurd, and A’s play by play voice, the incomparable, Ken Korach.

Carl Foster and I will preview Cal versus Arizona as well.

Also after the show on Thursday come up to La Salle Cigars on La Salle Ave, just up the block from Crogan’s where I’ll host a Q&A about the up coming baseball season.

Jeff Weaver to the Angels, I saw it coming. Now DJ Carrasco moves in to the bull pen or possibly Kelvim Escobar fills that role if the pen needs help.In any case this is a major pickup for Anaheim and puts its starting pitching, assuming a healthy Colon, on par with the A’s.
We’ll talk about the move tonight on the show.

How about Jimmy Rollins and his 36 game hitting streak? I think he faces the Dodgers to open the season.

I had the similar situation with part 2 on my computer, too. Hopefully, someone is working to solve the situation. Plus, the A’S open the camp today that can keep my mind off of the problems with part 2.
